SPEED LIMIT is 10 MPH
VEHICLES: Vehicles and watercraft must must fit on your space. No personal vehicle washing. Commercial vehicle and RV washing services available.
CHECK IN time is 1:00 PM
CHECK OUT TIME is 12:00 noon
RV REQUIREMENTS: All RV's must be RVIA approved, self contained units; it is highly recommended that you use the water-pressure regulators.
QUIET HOURS: 10 PM to 7 AM; excessive noise during daytime hours is prohibited-be kind to your neighbors.
SWIMMING POOL: No glass containers permitted; children Under 16 years of age must be accompanied by an adult:
NO LIFE GUARD ON DUTY
REST ROOM AND SHOWERS, open 7:AM to 10:PM except for posted hours when they are closed for cleaning.
CLUBHOUSE: Pool table and darts are for adults only; children under 16 must be supervised by a responsible adult while in the clubhouse.
EXERCISE ROOM: NO ONE allowed under 16 on equipment, and use at your own risk.
NON-SMOKING: All buildings are non-smoking.
TRASH: Please use plastic bags with ties and place all trash in the trash compactor near the resort entrance.
SEWER CONNECTIONS: All sewer connections must be sealed per Mohave County Health Department regulations.
PROPANE: Is on site see office for details, gas is nearby.
SKATEBOARDS: and scooters are prohibited in the resort.
SIGNS: No signs or advertising allowed in the resort without management approval.
USE OF FACILITIES: Management reserves the right to restrict the use of the clubhouse or any other facility as to hours, purpose and conduct.
LIABILITIES: All facilities are used at your own risk. The equipment, apparatus and facilities furnished solely for the convenience of registered guests only and all persons using the
same do so at their risk. The management and owners will not be responsible for accidents, injuries or loss of property by theft, wind or act of God.
FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH ANY POLICIES, RULES AND
GUIDELINE MAY RESULT IN YOUR LEAVING THE RESORT WITH
NO REFUND AND FUTURE RESERVATIONS BEING CANCELED. |
